Great service and atmosphere! Recommend the lobster bisque, all the steaks are good. Do NOT get Wagyu Rare, I learned the hard way. Needs to be closer to Medium so the fat melts.
I came into town from North Carolina and booked this steak house. I was told it was the best in town. And for sure, it was. The experience I had was above and beyond. Brandon was our waiter and he made this trip worth every penny. I might just fly back to eat here again!
I definitely recommend eating here! We had phenomenal service (our server was Brandon). The food was delicious. The steak melts in your mouth. The presentation was very nice too. We were celebrating 2 birthdays, and they really wowed us with the dessert! We will be returning here soon.
What an amazing experience! We went for the first time on 18 September for my husband's birthday and it was so great! They set up a fun setting on our table with a lit up balloon and a birthday card. Instead of just pointing to where the bathroom was, sometime walked me to it. They had the most delicious gluten free bread! Our food was so freaking good. The service was top notch! They even brought out the most delicious Creme Brule I've ever had! We paid a pretty penny, but so worth it! We can't go often but we will definitely go back!
From the door to your table and throughout the service is excellent. The staff is extremely attentive. The food is full of taste and cooked to perfection. The lobster bisque is creamy and full of flavor. The crab rice and lobster mac and cheese are highly recommended. The steaks speak for themselves. Cooked to perfection.
We wanted to go for a more upscale dining experience for our 3 year anniversary so we did the research & decided J Prime Steakhouse would be our best option. & it really was! The service was phenomenal. They made sure we were taken care of at every step of the process. We received some complimentary items that tasted delicious as well. So many different levels of flavors that come together to create these beautiful dishes; We will definitely be coming back! The only complaint we could think about was the music being too loud for us to hear eachother. Everything else… phenomenal!
My wife loves your lobster mac ‘n cheese. As always, the food was prepared to perfection and the service was impeccable. The only negative is the two annoying fruit flies/gnats that were buzzing around the table. However, Frank, our server was kind enough to bring a small glass of red wine, per our request, to attract the flies and keep them away from our food.
Perfection!! The food is amazing, the ambience is impeccable, the service was excellent, they went above and beyond to accommodate a crowd of 16 & decorated the table so eloquently!!! We had such a wonderful evening!! Highly recommend!!!
Every time we come here the food and service is next level. Bella was so attentive and sweet. Truly a gem! We will be back just to see her!
